How To Initiate A Return
To start a return, please contact us at:

If your return request is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions explaining where and how to send your package.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Return Method
All returns must be sent by mail. Please package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. Item Condition & Acceptance
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received.
- Unworn and unused
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging included
- Proof of purchase or receipt required
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on returned products.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Remorse Returns
If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective Products
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Jersoza will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with industry standards, customized products cannot be returned once produced.
- Custom names
- Custom numbers
- Player-specific prints
Exceptions apply only if the item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
