Orders are accepted only after shipping confirmation is issued.

Cancellation Window: Customers have a 12-hour grace period from purchase to request a full refund.

Custom Order Restrictions: After the 12-hour period, customized products enter production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

UK Domestic Delivery: 2–5 Business Days

USA & Europe Delivery: 8–10 Business Days

Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days before dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

• Standard Items: 30-day return window for items in original unworn condition.
• Personalized Gear: Customized products are Final Sale unless affected by a manufacturing defect.
• Restocking Fees: $0.00 restocking fee on eligible returns.
